DIAGNOSIS: HIGH GRADE SARCOMA
BIOPSY REPORT: biopsy showed spindle cell neoplasm which is hyper cellular. cells are present in sheets. Histomorphology is consistent with high grade sarcoma..
CT SCAN SHOWED: large heterogenous enhancing lobulated soft tissue density lesion of size: approx 95*63*112 mm seen in left axilla with poor adjacent fat plane infiltrating overlying cutaneous spaces extending left infraclavicular region along with hepatic metastasis, lymphatic spread

TREATMENT OPTED: INITIALLY CONVENTIONAL TREATMENT OPTED WITH CIS-PLATIN AS CHEMOTHERAPY ALONG WITH RADIATIONS, SOON PATIENT BECAME RESISTANT AND CAME OUT WITH NO RESULTS. PATIENT BECAME CACHEXIC WITH 28 KG WT LOSS AND INCREASED METASTASIS WHICH WENT UPTO LUNGS WITH PLEURAL EFFUSION..

CANDROL TYPE 3 STARTED: after 1 month petscan showed no further metastasis, fluid quantity reduced and tapping was not done every 4th day..after 15 days fluid was all gone with improved functionality of lung and liver as well..gained energy and resumed his normal activity soon..still under maintenance therapy with regression in tissue size without surgery
